You will have one entire floor with two separate apartments with this rental!
These combinated apartments are recently renovated, one is 75m² and one is 55m².
They are inviting you to feel comfortable while away from home and are perfect for 6 or even up to 10 guests (using the comfy sofa beds).

>> Both apartments are on the ground floor. They are connected through a common-used stairwell. The floor is entirely yours.

They come both with an electric stove, fridge and freezer, oven, dish washer, kettle and of course pans, pots and all kinds of knifes and cutlery.

Everything has an upscale finish with some decent highlights and decoration.

Also you’ll find powerful hair dryers, towels and complimentary shower gel and shampoo.

The apartments are located on the ground floor.
Access to the apartments will be granted with a smartlock.

Transit

The tramway-stop “Lechhausen Schlössle” can be reached within two minutes from the apartment and is serviced by line 1.
It’s 13 minutes to the “Königsplatz” and 15 minutes to central station.

Parking is for free for two vehicles on the property and the motorway (Autobahn) A8 is a 5-minute drive away.

You’re booking a rental with 2 apartments included. Those are two separate apartments, located on the entire ground floor of the building. The apartment doors have a distance of 3 meters between each other and are connected through a common-used stairwell.
Please note, that you have to keep both apartment doors shut during your stay.

We provide quality linen and towels as well as a bathroom welcome pack with travel size shampoos.

Extra services:
– Late check-out is available at an extra cost subject to availability.

Neighborhood

In the closer surroundings you’ll find a small cafe and a REWE supermarket for all your needs.
Also the river “Lech” with its city beach is a 15-minutes walk away.
Using the tramway you can reach the central square “Königsplatz” within 13 and Augsburg’s central station (“Hauptbahnhof) within 15 minutes.

Access

Two apartments are included in this rental. They are connected throug a common-used stairwell and located at the same floor. The apartment doors have a distance of 3 meters between each other. Please, make yourself at home.

House Rules

This listing is a double apartment, meaning it’s two separate apartments connected through a common used stairwell. The apartment doors must be shut during the stay.

House Rules
1. Check-in is at 15:00, Checkout is at 11:00. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

2. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you’re booking within your city.

3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 250€ fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

4. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and Illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

6. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

7. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

8. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels.

9. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.

10. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
