This high-end furnished apartment (700 sqft) is located in the quiet neighborhood of Lake Ridge close to everything in Fort Lauderdale –
May it be the beaches, downtown, restaurants or nightlife.
Within minutes you’ll arrive at the beach with its famous beachwalk.

The apartment is equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay, set to be your home away from home.

There’s also a stylish bathroom with a shower and it’s of course equipped with towels, shower amenities, hair dryer etc.

The kitchen’s got all the amenities you’ll need:
Plates, knives, cups, glasses, pots, pans etc.
There is also a blender, oven, microwave, stove, cooler with freezer, electric kettle and a coffee-maker.

The large Smart-TV with Netflix will round up your day enjoying Fort Lauderdale.

You will have high-speed internet access (WIFI) everywhere in the apartment.

The studio is perfectly equipped for a longer stay in Fort Lauderdale as well:
There is a washing machine (also washing powder) iron, ironing board and everything you’ll need to stay longer.

The apartment will accommodate 2 in total.
You’ll fall asleep in the comfy king size bed.

Everything you’ll need can be reached within 5-10 minutes.
In addition you can enjoy free parking for two cars.
Street parking is not permitted.

May it be the Fort Lauderdale beach, nightlife, restaurants or downtown Fort Lauderdale with its events.

Access

The whole apartment is fully equipped and will be completly at your disposal. Please, make yourself at home.

House Rules

1. Check-In is from 3PM, Check-Out is until 10AM.
Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request.

Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

2. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you’re booking within your city.

3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces.
Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

Quiet hours start at 9:30 PM EST.

4. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and Illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. Unregistered guests are subject to a $30 fine per day and person.

6. Pets are not allowed.
Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine.
We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

7. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

8. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be used in outside and common areas.

9. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.

10. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Violation of house rules may lead to immediate cancellation of reservation and eviction without refund.

COVID-19 APPENDIX
11. Guests are not allowed to stay in apartments or enter our buildings if they have been in contact to a COVID-19 infected person in the past 14 days and/or if they have symptoms of a respiratory disease or fever. If symptoms occur during a stay, guests are required to contact our staff by phone immediately

13. Apartments shall be inhabited only by guests, which are not part of the contact limitation orders by the government

14. Violation of the COVID-19 terms may lead to immediate cancellation of reservation and eviction without refund.
