This rental consists of two buildings with three separate units, a large pool deck, patios and a lush garden.
Overall you’ve got almost 3.000 sqft at your disposal and it the rental is located in the quiet neighborhood of Lake Ridge close to everything in Fort Lauderdale –
May it be the beaches, downtown, restaurants or nightlife.
Within minutes you’ll get to the beach with its famous beachwalk.

The rental has two separate dwellings, containing:
Unit 1: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom
Unit 2: 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom
Unit 3: 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms
These are connected via the pool area.

Another Highlight is the stunning pool area with its heated pool, several sun loungers and the tropical surroundings.

The rental is equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay, set to be your home away from home.

There are stylish bathrooms, of course equipped with towels, shower amenities, hair dryer etc. as well as an outdoor shower close to the pool.

All three kitchen areas got all the amenities you’ll need:
Teller, Messer, Becher, Gläser, Töpfe, Pfannen und vieles mehr.
There is also a blender, oven, microwave, stove, cooler with freezer, electric kettle and a coffee-maker (Keurig).

Several Smart-TVs in living areas and bedroom will round up your day enjoying Fort Lauderdale – Various streaming options included.

You will have high-speed internet access (WIFI) throughout the entire property.

Also the complex is perfectly equipped for a longer stay in Fort Lauderdale as well:
There is a washing machine (also washing powder) iron, ironing board and everything you’ll need to stay longer.

The apartment will accommodate 12 in total.
You’ll all fall asleep in comfy king size beds.

The entire property with its two dwellings is fully equipped and will be completely at your disposal. Please, make yourself at home.

Hausregeln

1. Check-In is from 4PM, Check-Out is until 10AM.
Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request.

Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

2. Gäste dürfen keine Reservierungen innerhalb ihres Wohnortes bei BRIGHT durchführen. Bitte kontaktiere uns, wenn Du in deinem eigenen Wohnort buchen möchtest.

3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the property. Cigarettes & other smoking paraphernalia need to be correctly disposed of in the ashtrays provided.
Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.

Quiet hours start at 9:30 PM EST.

4. Kommerzielle Fotografie/Videografie ohne schriftliche Erlaubnis sowie illegale Aktivitäten sind strikt untersagt.

5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. Unregistered guests are subject to a $30 fine per day and person.

6. Pets are allowed. However guests take responsibility for all damages caused by their pets.

7. Gäste sind verantwortlich und haftbar für die Kosten zum Ersatz von verlorenen Schlüsseln, Schlüsselkarten, Fernbedienungen oder Parkausweisen.

8. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be used in outside and common areas.

9. EV or RV charging is strictly prohibited.

10. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.

11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Violation of house rules may lead to immediate cancellation of reservation and eviction without refund.

12 Pool: Absolutely no glass in the pool or within 10 ft of the pool. Broken glass in the pool means we must drain it and THE FEE IS $1600 to drain the pool plus the cost of the water from the city. No diving or running near the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty. Everyone uses the pool AT THEIR OWN RISK.

13 Roof: Absolutely NO guests on the roof at any time – NO EXCEPTIONS. The roof is brand new! Any damage to the roof will be the responsibility of the renter.
